This is the now version of this:
Click me!
Whoa, it's so... OLD... DX

No base, original.
It's me in 2010, though I didn't look as cool as the latest doll. DX (the old one... so bad. -sobs-)

That sure shows an improvement :D Good job on going baseless as well. I like this idea of going back to an old doll and redoing it, perhaps even adding in bits that couldn't be dolled back in the day.

I like the way you shade hair now much better, same goes for your palettes. I'd suggest dropping the black outlines and smoothing the shading around the breast area, since it gives the impression that the shirt is skintight. I do love the folds you have there.

I love the way you do hair and the detail. Great work on the expression and her
shirt. :)

Thank you greatly! I have done many a baseless doll, I just am not confident in my anatomy yet. ^^;
I do love to redo and see if I have improved and where.

Thank you, it was sort of a fluke, I just dolled one of my dolls hair too short, then just placed another layer of hair underneath. I have loved it since then, and have tried to prefect it since. :) I would like to drop the black outlines, but... I do like them sometimes, but I will give it a go. :) Ah, yea, I was just going off what I used to wear at the time... I'm still not great with breasts, but thank you. :) I'll take that on board too. :3 Yay~ Thank you greatly for your help. ^-^

Sorry, I meant the black lines on the chest area. Those two clear lines you added on her chest, not the outlines. Those lines following the shape of her breasts give the impression that her shirt is glued to her skin since it's so tight you can notice the gap between her breasts.

I use black all the time and I'd never tell anyone they need to stop doing something when it's clear it is part of their style. I should have been more careful with my wording :P

So much improvement!
I really like your style for doing hair, and you make some really nice color choices. :D
I own Atton Rand from KoTOR 2, Boy Blue from Fables, and Joker from Mass Effect. NO TOUCHY.
