Wellllllll, after a long deliberation, and a tie of sorts, we've got ourselves a winner and runner-up.
Unfortunately, the Runner-up's prize isn't "ready" yet. So, we're going to make you wait and sweat it out. The finalists are being notified because -well making them wait is just cruel u_u. However, we're going to make YOU wait until we can reveal what the Runner-up has gotten.
A lot of thought went into this on the part of the judges and especially Marly and myself, as the Admin and Judges. Each judge had a valid reason for their votes and such, and it was all weighed with careful consideration.
So, no you don't get to know the winner yet... but we wanted to let you know that, no, we haven't forgotten, and no it hasn't died. Marly's plugging away at the Runner-up's prize so hopefully that will be good to go in the next month or so. It's sort of a secret... that we kind of had an "oh!" moment with in conjunction to our runner up. Or else we'd just tell you!
Doll Em will return next month, as well, by the way. This was sort of a "Doll Em on Steroids" for those of you who didn't realize xD
